RETURNS
Litter Box Rocks wants to ensure every product you receive is correct. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order and want to return it for a refund, please note the following conditions:

  • You may return merchandise within 30 days of the sale date.
  • You will be responsible for return shipping costs. We cannot accept COD deliveries.
  • Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee entitles you to a refund of the purchase price and sales tax.
  • Refunds for credit card sales will be credited to that same credit card. A refund check will be mailed for orders originally paid by checks or money orders.
  • Refunds may take 2 to 3 weeks for processing.

    Please follow this procedure for all returns:

  • Send an e-mail using our Customer Service Support Form so we can expect your return. No authorization number is required, but please enclose with the product(s) an explanation of why you are returning the product(s) and include a copy of the invoice for faster processing.
  • Enclose and wrap the item securely in its original or similar packaging.
  • Ship to the address below:

A special note about damaged products or shipping errors: While we make every effort to limit errors, mistakes may occur. If we make a shipping error, we will send you a replacement product immediately and at no charge to you. If your product arrived damaged, we will ship a replacement to you at no charge to you. Please send an e-mail using our  Customer Service Support Form right away.
